Why it exists
Make the handoffs visible.
Restaurant groups often have useful records, but those records sit in different books, spreadsheets, phones, and departments. A purchase may be recorded without its production yield. Stock may be dispatched without reliable receiving proof. Sales may be reported without a clear connection to expected output or cash collected.
AfiaLedger is being built around those handoffs. Its purpose is to help authorized teams create one traceable operating record and help owners investigate exceptions while they are still actionable.
